• Is CarConex free to use?

  Yes — CarConex is free for car owners to download and use when searching, comparing, and connecting with service providers.

• How does CarConex work?

  You submit one car detailing request through the app, including the service you need, photos, preferred times, and any details about your vehicle. Local detailers can then respond with pricing, availability, and service options. You compare the responses and choose the detailer that suits you best.

• Do I pay through CarConex?

  No. Payments are made directly between you and the detailer. CarConex helps you submit requests, compare responses, and connect with detailers, but payment is handled outside the app.

• Am I locked in when I make a request?

  No. Submitting a request does not lock you into a booking. You can review responses first and only proceed when you are comfortable with the detailer, price, and availability.

• How do I know I’m getting a fair price?

  CarConex lets you compare responses from local detailers in one place. You can review pricing, profiles, photos, experience, and reviews before deciding who to book.

• Are the service providers checked?

  CarConex checks provider sign-ups to help maintain quality and trust on the platform. This helps reduce fake accounts, duplicate business listings, and unsuitable provider registrations.

• How quickly will I hear back from providers?

  Response times can vary depending on your location, the service requested, and detailer availability. Once your request is submitted, relevant local detailers can review it and respond if it suits their services.

• Is it free for detailers to join?

  Yes. It is currently free for detailers to join and use CarConex during the early access launch period.

• Does CarConex take commission?

  No. CarConex does not take commission during the early access launch period. Customers pay detailers directly

• Will I receive real customer enquiries?

  CarConex is designed around real car owner requests. Customers submit details about the service they need, their vehicle, photos, location, and preferred times so you can decide whether the request suits your business.

• Can I set my own pricing and services?

  Customers pay you directly. CarConex does not process payments between customers and detailers during the launch period.

• How do I get paid?

  You deal directly with the customer and receive payment from them. CarConex does not take or hold payments.

• Can other automotive service providers join CarConex?

  CarConex is currently focused on car detailing. We plan to introduce more automotive categories over time. Providers in future categories can register their interest and we’ll be in touch when those services become available.
